I just don't have time to work out!

Christopher | July 17th, 2007 at 11:05 am

Let?s face it, we all have the same hours in a day (24) and week (168) and for the most part we choose how to spend it. It?s easy to make the excuse that ?I don?t have time? but we always find time for the things that are important to us. So before you jump into a new exercise routine or diet plan, think about why you are doing this and what you expect to get out of it. Research has shown that if you prepare well and plan to encounter barriers along the way, you will be more successful at sticking with a new program. Your health is something that affects your performance in school, work, and family life ? if you prioritize your health and plan activities into your weekly schedule you will be surprised how much better you will feel.
